At 12 stations with altogether 26 information panels pretentiously arranged by using glass and stone, visitors learn a lot about culture, history and nature in Mertert. A small loop (3,2km) leads to different sites within the village that play an important role in cultural history, a large loop (9,5km) leads to a wide landscape with beautiful views of the valleys of the rivers Moselle and Sauer.

For fishing in the German and Luxembourg border waters of the Moselle, Sauer and Our you need a valid fishing permit from the age of 14.
