With 3½ rooms spread over 87 m², the apartment accommodates five people: Large kitchen-diner with dining area, fully equipped; 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with a single bed and a double bunk bed); separate living room with a sleeper sofa (can be used as a third bedroom), a beautiful, well-equipped bathroom (shower/toilet), underfloor heating throughout the apartment, plus radiators in the bathroom, a terrace with a grill, free Wi-Fi, free parking, a charging station for electric cars, and a lockable shelter for bicycles, etc. Barbecue area with fire pit, vehicles, sandbox, and games for the children. Here, you can look forward to a relaxing vacation in a dreamlike setting, far away from mass tourism and the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Upon arrival, you’ll find two spacious camping pods with double beds. A separate room with a toilet and sink is also included. The kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator and coffee maker, is part of the amenities, as is a table with chairs. In addition, a restroom building with a shower and toilet is available. Our cozy Holiday Home is located in the quaint town of Kordel, right at the entrance to the Eifel Mountain Range and connected via train to Trier.Nestled within the oldest part of town, the building was recently renovated to comfortably accommodate 2 to 5 people.On the ground floor is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine, a dining room with a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a standing shower. If required, you can park your bicycles in the spacious hallway. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack.The two bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and a chest drawer. In the second bedroom, you will find a long double bed, a wardrobe, and a partially open full bathroom with a shower.The 3rd-floor loft has a pitched ceiling, a sofa that can be converted into a bed, as well as an additional long single bed.There is one private parking space behind the house and additional free parking in the neighborhood. Behind the house, you also have the option of ending your summer evenings outside with a glass of Moselle wine.There is a local grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance as well as a pharmacy within 100ft.

Visit a special place in the Kyll Valley, right next to the Eifelsteig. Experience pure nature in the shadow of the medieval castle Ramstein. In our family atmosphere you can enjoy local specialties and relax in our castle garden.

The holiday appartement Moni is situated at the entrance of the village of Sirzenich. It holds a separate entrance with terrasse, garden and a possibility to grill.  Combined studio divided onto 2 floors with a kitchen and a possibility to sit; shower/toilet on the ground floor. Bedroom with french bed, 2 armchairs, a stool and a table as well as a flat screen TV.

The holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Igel, quietly at the edge of the forest, bordering the city limits of Trier. Due to its favorable location, the apartment is an ideal starting point for trips by car, bike or on foot. Signposted hiking trails begin at the front door. If necessary, a hiking guide is available for tours around Igel, of course free of charge. The cycle paths along Moselle are about 1.5 km, Saar about 4 km and Sauer about 5 km. Tours for mountain bikers are also starting at the doorstep. The center to Trier is about 7 km, the borders of Luxemburg about 4.5 km and the city of Luxembourg about 30 km. Good bus and train connections to Trier and Luxembourg.
