In the gentle light of the "golden hour," Tai Chi in the forest invites you to find peace and balance. With flowing, circular movements associated with the five elements - wood, fire, earth, metal, and water - we promote the flow of energy and find balance for body, mind, and soul. Stress dissolves, inner calm sets in - supported by the power of nature.
