Meeting point: Klaus-Pauli-Platz, Butzweiler - Carpooling
- Drive to Bruch - Start of the 13-km loop trail over the Eifel heights, past the Sonnenhof and the former ore mine
- Break at the legendary Werthelstein, an impressive quartzite boulder on the boundary between Bergweiler and Dreis
- Through the “Dreiser Schloßberg” vineyard with a view of the imposing Dreis Castle, the summer residence of the Abbots of Echternach since 1774
- Back to Bruch via the “Dreiser Pfädchen” trail along the Salm River
- Stop at Burg Bruch with its beer garden
