This breathtaking path enchants you with a great panoramic view and scenic highlights.

The trail leads along the Moselle to the Kelsbach Valley. On the hillside you have a fantastic view of the course of the Mosel.

After a short forest walk, you will pass a lovely chapel and return to the starting point.

Hiking Trail Zemmer 15

The trail starts at the church of Schleidweiler. The route leads along typical Eifel Houses. The path runs along the open terrain before it enters the forest. Past the old sandstone pits, the natural trail leads through an untouched part of the forest down to Daufenbach. The small town even has its own train station. Parallel to the Kyll the path leads over the cycle path to the district Mühlenflürchen. Take a deep breath before climbing the ascend. You will get rewarded with untouched nature with former quarries. The hidden waterfall at the end of this quiet woodland invites you to linger. The last stage will take you across the Eifelsteig, back to Schleidweiler.
