For fishing in the German and Luxembourg border waters of the Moselle, Sauer and Our you need a valid fishing permit from the age of 14.

The Fidei look-out is located in Rodt near the sports field. Located at 395 meters above sea level, it offers visitors a view of the top platform across the Eifel, Mosel, Hunsrück to neighboring Luxembourg. The wooden tower is about 20 meters high and offers a magnificent view. Various Nordic Walking tours start at the tower.

"Johannishof" offers single and double rooms to its guests as well as appartments for families. Some of the rooms are equipped with balconies. Parking is included. Moreover there's a restaurant for our guests which is closed on tuesdays and in the off season also on mondays.

Visit the Klausenhöhle ( cave) on the Premium hiking trail ``Römerpfad`` and let the past come back to life. According to legends, a hermit lived in the cave in the 18th century.

Orchard Hiking

Your trail will start at the renovated Ramborn Cider Haff, originally built in the year 1783, and will take you through meadow orchards, lush fields, and thick forest.The average length hike takes about an hour and a half, and we recommend that you wear good, solid, walking shoes or boots. The trail is paved and features signposts and information along the way...Perfect for: First time hikers, experienced hikers looking for a casual day, fans of cider.

Nature House "A Wiewesch"

The nature house "A Wiewesch" in Manternach was inaugurated in 2004 and offers visitors the opportunity to approach nature in the form of educational activities, thematic exhibitions as well as didactic promenades in the heart of the nature reserve "Manternacher Fiels".

The Genovevahöhle ( cave) is located south of Kordel in the beautiful Kyll Valley.

Around Kordel you will find a variety of wild-romantic rock formations and caves. Visit, for example, the Klausenhöhle, the Genovevahöhle or the Butzerbach Valley.

Ronn's Bikes and Kayaks

What is more beautiful to you, your family and friends than treating yourself to a kayak or canoe.The Sauer is a river with a number of rapids, which is for everyone navigable, even for beginners and little water lovers from 4 years.
