This eventful path mostly leads through the nature reserve "Manternacher Fiels". After crossing fruit orchards you reach a canyon forest leading along the Syr River, pass impressive rock formations and a vineyard situated in the middle of the forest, until you reach a plateau with amazing views. After descending to the valley past overgrown vineyards  one can discover remains of historic mills.
