De Bääker

We are a wood-fired bakery that still works with traditional sourdough and long resting times for the dough. We source our flours and raw materials from farmers and artisan businesses in the region. In addition to handmade breads, you will also find regional products from small farms, such as cheese, sausage, honey and Viez. On Fridays, we offer a pick-up service for pizza and tarte flambée from 5 to 9 pm. We are generally open Thurs 10am-1pm, Fri 10am-2pm and Sat 8am-1pm. We look forward to your visit!
