Along the path more than 21 different tree species can be seen.


The BAUM-WELT-PATH is 3.8 km long (nearly 2 km are wheelchair accessible, this route starts at the Rothenberg car park, directly on the L47) and starts at the forestry office in Trier-Quint. The special feature of this is that there are more than 21 different tree species from almost all continents of the planet along the easy-to-walk tour.

    The loop trail starts at the town hall in Fusenich. From there you walk through the lovely town towards Trierweiler. The path leads up through a quiet residential area towards the motorway. Along the ridge, with a view over wide meadows, you reach the viewpoint "auf der First". Shortly after the ridge the way leads down to Gelbach. The way leads back to the starting point through an adventurous forest.
