The nature house "A Wiewesch" in Manternach was inaugurated in 2004 and offers visitors the opportunity to approach nature in the form of educational activities, thematic exhibitions as well as didactic promenades in the heart of the nature reserve "Manternacher Fiels".

Vianden Castle was built between the 11th and 14th centuries on the foundations of a Roman fort and a Carolingian refuge. Influenced by the Hohenstaufen family, the castle palace is one of the largest and most beautiful feudal residences of the Romanesque and Gothic periods in Europe.

Our spacious yet very cozy apartment was completely renovated in 2023/2024. It has two bedrooms, which are furnished with comfortable double beds (1.80 m and 1.40 m). The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling shower. Hand and shower towels, shampoo and shower gel and a hairdryer are also provided here.The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. In the large living and dining room there is a table that seats up to four people. The TV has Amazon Prime TV and Magenta TV, which our guests are welcome to use. Wifi is of course available in all rooms.You are welcome to barbecue on the terrace during the summer. A highlight of the apartment is the lovingly furnished sunroom, which invites you to relax with a small sofa, armchair and small table. This considerable tomb from Roman times was excavated in the years 1972/73 and then restored. Both reliefs with mythological scenes as well as pictures from the everyday life of the builder's family are shown.
